To reserve your preferred date and time we ask for a 30% deposit paid via secured payment link we provide. All credit cards are accepted. Balance is to be paid 48 hours prior to your scheduled charter. The full deposit will be returned if cancellation is made at least 7 days before your charter date. If cancellation occurs within 7 days, the deposit is forfeited.
This is South Florida, the afternoon sun showers are bound to show up whether the meteorologist calls for it or not. However, mother nature can work in mysterious ways. If your charter needs to be canceled due to bad weather, we will do our best to reschedule. If that is not possible you will receive a full refund.
No spray sunscreen on board.
Shoes are not allowed on board; we will collect shoes on the dock and keep them on board during the charter. This includes non-marking soles. The boat floor has a foam seadeck installed for comfort.
No Red Wine
Disclaimer: All reservations are subject to a $500.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 24 hours of completed charter. Shoes with marking soles are not permitted to be worn on board, shoes will be stored on boat for passengers until departure. All passengers required to sign assumption of risk and complete release of liability waiver prior to departure.
